Biography

Henry Anson Barber, III, is the son to Brigadier General Henry Anson Barber, Jr. (July 31st, 1896 - April 29th, 1956) and the grandson of Major Henry Anson Barber Sr. (August 20th, 1859 - December 31st, 1915). Henry Barber attended West Point, United States Military Academy and graduated in 1943. He served at the European Theatre of war.

After the Second World War he served in the Korean War, earning a second Silver Star Medal and kept serving up till the Vietnam conflict, receiving a third Silver Star Medal and twice the Legion of Merit. He retired as a Colonel.
