According to both Patzwall / Scherzer & Yerger the surname is Eisemann.
The name given on his DKiG Vorschlag is Eisenmann, besides his handwritten name in his R.u.S.-Fragebogen appears to read Eisenmann. The card in his SS file indicating his death also gives Eisenmann, as does Moore.
