Biography
Karl-Eduard Wilke served at the end of the First World War, earning the EK2. He joined the Reichswehr in 1923 and entered the Luftwaffe in 1934. During World War II, he was the Chief of Staff of Luftflotte Südost. On 1 January 1945 he commanded 2. Jagdflieger-Korps. He finally reached the rank of Generalmajor.
