Biography

Enzo Grossi commanded during the Second World War the Italian Submarines "Medusa", "Speri" and "Barbarigo". As from September 1943 he commanded the submarine base at Bordeaux.

However after the war it turned out that both claims were false, and that Grossi and his crew had imagined (or fabricated) everything.
