Recce parties u/c Major WGL Cockcraft left immediately afterwards to proceed to TERMONDE. Owing to the very late arrival of the 9 Cameronians who had been ordered to relieve the Bn at GAVERRE the Bn was subsequently ordered to remain in the area of GAVERRE prepared to move at first light on the following day. |
