Sylvia baroness de Vos van Steenwijk, born March 3, 1941 in Soerabaja, daughter of Cornelis Joan baron de Vos van Steenwijk (1913-1951), worked among others at the Kon. Pakketvaart Mij (K.P.M.) in Tandjong Priok as well as in Soerabaja (East Java), and by lady Isabella Snouck Hurgronje (1913-1947). Died in the internment camp Lampersari Sompok near Semarang (Central Java) on September 7, 1944.
