Biography

Karl Rammelt served after the war with the Bundeswehr from 1956 until 1969, reaching the rank of Oberstleutnant.

Flew a total of 450 sorties, including numerous fighter-bomber attacks. Over the course of his career he achieved 46 aerial victories (including 18 in the East and 11 four-engined bombers).
