In total he achieved 34 aerial victories (including 20 in the East and 4 four-engined bombers) and destroyed numerous ground targets over the course of 500+ sorties.
24.12.1944: killed in the crash of the Fw 190A-8 Werknummer 682024 coded "Blue ?"
