Biography

Rudolf "Rudi" Brasche was Gruppenführer in 4./ Infanterie (Panzergrenadier)-Regiment 93 (later 93. Schützenbrigade) / 13.Panzer-Division.
Transferred to 1. / Panzergrenadier-Lehrregiment 901 in October 1943. After being wounded he was transferred to the Flammenwerferzug / Stabskompanie / Panzer-Lehrdivision (1944). He was wounded 6 times. Became an Unteroffizier in autumn 1942 and Feldwebel on 1st February 1945.
