Eugene served as a Private, Company I, 134th Infantry Regiment, 35th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided in Montgomery County, Maryland prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on April 17, 1944 at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. He was noted as being employed as a Carpenter and also as Married.

Eugene was "Killed In Action" during the war and was awarded the Purple Heart.
