“Hauptmann Waldemar Wildschütz led a Kompanie of his Bataillon against a strongly fortified hill that dominated the terrain north of Noworossijsk. Here he and his men stormed the enemy positions, held them against determined Bolshevik counterattacks and thereby significantly contributed to the successful advance against the city.”
