Spenser : 26th August 1944 - 14th September 1944 with Squadron 2
Amherst : from 4th April 1945 with 12/3rd Squadron, 4th SAS and was wounded during the assault on Westerbork, the Netherlands, on the 8th April 1945 and was captured in Westerbork.
