"This officer has served as Administrative Officer No. 1 Commando and DAA & QMG 3 Commando Brigade for over two years. Throughout this period he had shown outstanding devotion to duty. By tireless energy he has overcome the many difficulties normally encountered by Commando *** (unreadable).
