Career :
1938-40 : Aspirant in the Saphis and Chasseurs d'Afrique in Northern Africa
1943 : tried to enter the Phalange Africaine, then entered the Milice Française and finaly the Waffen SS in Sennheim
December 1943-January 1944 : on leave in Tours
January-March 1944 : attended the SS officer cadet course in Bad Tölz
10.3.44 : promoted SS Standarten Oberjunker and platoon leader of the Panzervernichtungstruppe of the SS Sturmbrigade Frankreich
14 August 1944 : WIA (arm and back) near Tarnow in Galicia and refused to be evacuated
22 August 1944 : promoted SS Untersturmführer and platoon leader in the 3.Kie SS Sturmbrigade Frankreich by SS Stubaf Schäfer
25 August 1944 : shot on the spot SS Uscha Eglé suspected of smuggling and cowardice
28 August 1944 : Under arrest by Feldgendarmerie and imprisoned in Krakow
end August 1944 : sentenced and jailed in Dachau
1945 : most probably liberated by US troops and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment in France
1951 : pardoned
1989 : knowing he was dying from a cancer, committed suicide, his ashes were scattered in the Isar River crossing Bad Tölz.
