Biography

Pieter Cornelis van der Jagt was active as a resistance fighter in the Hoeksche Waard (municipality of Klaaswaal) during the Second World War. His house was used as a rallying point during the war to bring resistance fighters and allied soldiers to the now liberated Brabant. Van der Jagt was part of the 4th section of the 5th company of the Combatant Section of the Interior Forces.
