Wilborn’s Knight’s Cross recommendation reads as follows…

“On the 01.04.1945 enemy infantry managed to achieve a penetration into the hilltop position northwest of Frauenburg in company strength. In response Unteroffizier Wilborn decided to leave his machine-gun position (located to the rear and flank of the breach) and charge into the enemy-occupied trenches. By delivering nonstop flanking fire he was able to eliminate the bulk of the broken-in enemy infantry. With their infantry being unable to defeat this dangerous machine-gunner in trench combat, the enemy subsequently attempted to bring 2 anti-tank guns into positions. However Wilborn kept his nerve, waiting for these to come forward before shooting up the crews of both guns.

In this way Unteroffizier Wilborn sealed off a hostile penetration, prevented its reinforcement and single-handedly laid the groundwork for its eventual total annihilation.”

According to Scherzer the name is Manfred and won the Knight's cross on 5-5-1945 as Unteroffizier.
