Memorial Battle of Lübeck

This plaque on the Burgtor, where the Prussians tried to dislodge the French, commemorates the Battle of Lübeck, which took place on 6 November 1806 and led to the capitulation of the Prussian troops. On the side of Prussia, approximately 3000 men were killed in the battle.
