Commemorative Plate at the wall of the Ancienne Ecole des Sœurs de Leffe at Dinant in memory of the victims of August 1914.
On Sundy 23 August 1914 Dinant was the stage of a real massacre and the town was pillaged. In total the Germans murdered 674 Belgian civilians, including women, children and old men.
