Memorial Kpt. Henryk Gruetzmacher

This memorial plaque is attached to the inner wall of the Benedict monastery near Skępe and is in memory of Captain Henryk Gruetzmacher, soldier of the AK (Armia Krajowa), who fell here on 12 September 1944 in an engagement with German occupation forces.
