In the center is a large boulder with a stone on top:
"The parish of Vissoule
To our soldiers died on the field of honor
To our civilian victims
1914-1918 1940-145 "

Left and right is a plate with 2 crossed Belgian flags and the years
1914-1918 and 1940-1945.
