Heilanstalten SS-sanatorium Hohenlychen

The Hohenlychen Sanatorium was a complex of buildings in Lychen, Germany. It was founded in 1902 as a sanatorium for tubercular children. Heilanstalten Hohenlychen was used as a Waffen SS hospital during the Second World War under the direction of Dr. Karl Gebhardt. The complex was also used for medical experiments on KZ prisoners.
