Maria Chapel Udenhout

This chapel was build in gratitude for the saving of war violence.

Inside the chapel are three plaques, one plaque commemorates the war dead from Udenhout, one plaque commemorates the fallen British and Canadian liberators of Udenhout and a crew of a crashed Halifax. The killed crew members of this aircraft are buried in the Catholic Cemetery in Biezenmortel. The third plaque commemorates the American crew of a crashed bomber, they are buried in the American War Cemetery in Margraten.
