Bunker EC 4 Chaudfontaine
Bunker EC 4 is located in Jouxtant Wood, Chaudfontaine.
Bunker EC 4 is the last bunker of the sector Embourg-Chaudfontaine (EC) of the 2nd line of defense for de city of Liège, la Position Fortifiée de Liège (PFL 2) and belongs to the forts of Embourg and Chaudfontaine.
The bunker is located aproxamately 500 m. east of the fort.
When after the war the most bunkers were no longer in use for the defence of Belgium, the iron door and shutters were sold as scrap. The bunker has a new function as climbing-obstacle (backside) and is part of a mountainbike trail.
