Sanatorium St. Edouard

The former St. Edouard Sanatorium stands on the hill west of Stoumont. Given the strategic location it was occupied by Kampfgruppe Peiper and renamed the "Festung Sanatorium". During the fightings in Stoumont heavy fighting occurred around the building and several times it changed "owner".
