Grave of Corporal Martin Meuer

Existing grave in Woerth, belonging to a German corporal, who was involved in the Battle of Woerth-Froeschwiller.

Martin Meuer from Rüdesheim, corporal in the 11th Artillery Regiment,
Born on 7 April 1848, wounded on 6 August 1870,
and finally died on 17 August 1870 in Woerth.

The headstone is placed on a communal mass grave in row 7.
