Died at 28-10-1944, age 23.

On 28 October 1944 departed from Eindhoven Airport B78, Spitfire PL925 for a photo reconnaissance operation on Germany. The purpose of these missions was to make photos of enemy targets and bombing damage. About the crash are several stories in circulation, PL925 was possibly hit by flak or the aircraft was shot down by a German Messerschmitt fighter.
