Blockhaus 101 Paquis de Cailles

This blockhouse, 101 Paquis des cailles, stands along the road from Donchéry to Pont-à-Bar and was built as part of the Secteur Fortifié de Montmédy.
The armament consists of two 25mm anti-tank guns, two 8mm hotchkiss machine guns and two light machine guns. There is also a frontal observation slot.
Despite the bombing and shelling, this blockhouse held out on May 13 and 14.
