This mass grave is located at the Lenin Square in Tver' and contains the remains of the following persons who fell in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945):

- Hero of the Soviet Union, Major M. Lukin (1907-1941).
- Lieutenant General L. Bogdanov (1896-1942).
- Major General N. Sokolov (1896-1942).
- Colonel M. Tereshchenko.
- Colonel G. Micheniov.
- Regimental Commissar J. Ivantsov.
- Senior Battalion Commissar M. Ehrlich.
- Major N. Reryuk.
- Major D. Tsybulsky.
