Catterick Garrison Military Cemetery

Catterick Military Cemetery, which was opened in 1930, was used for the burial of 53 soldiers from Catterick Military Camp during the Second World War. The 1939-1945 War graves are scattered in different parts of the cemetery, which is enclosed by a stone wall.

Catterick Garrison Military Cemetery contains the graves of the following people, who fought for the United Kingdom and who gave their lives in the War in Afghanistan and/or Operation Enduring Freedom:

17 August 2002 , Corporal John Paul Gregory, aged 30
21 July 2010 , Corporal Matthew James Stenton, aged 23
07 January 2013 , Sapper Richard Reginald Walker, aged 23
