Rudolf-Michael Heumann (born 1940, murdered in Auschwitz in 1944)
Walter Heumann (born 1937, murdered in Auschwitz in 1944)
Wilhelmine Heumann (born 1915, murdered in Auschwitz in 1944)
Anneliese Winterstein (born 1924, murdered in Auschwitz on 12-6-1944)
Elisabeth Winterstein (born 1937, murdered in Auschwitz on 16-3-1944)
Elise Winterstein (born 1905, murdered in Auschwitz in 1945)
Gisela Winterstein (born 1943, murdered in Auschwitz on 14-6-1944)
Karl Winterstein (born 1896, murdered in Auschwitz on 23-4-1944)
Karl-Heinz Winterstein (born 1940, murdered in Auschwitz on 23-4-1944)
Rigo Winterstein (born 1943, murdered in Auschwitz)
Sieglinde Winterstein (born 1940, murdered in Auschwitz on 11-4-1944)
Waldemar Winterstein (born 1943, murdered in Auschwitz on 24-4-1944)

The small brass plaques, in the pavement in front of houses of which the (mostly Jewish) residents were persecuted or murdered by the Nazis, mention the name, date of birth and place (mostly a concentration camp) and date of death.

In many other cities, mainly in Germany but also in other European countries, the memorials also can be found. There are already many thousands of these plaques and their number is still counting. Almost all Stolpersteine are laid by the German artist himself, Gunter Demnig.
