Forêt du Bois-le-prêtre
This forrest saw heavy fighting in the period of September 1914 and July 1915. A total of 14.000 (7.000 on each side) soldiers fell here.
Today, a number of memorials in memory of the fallen soldiers are standing here. The German and French defense positions can also be visited.
