German Slogan On Wall

During the occupation period 1940 - 1945 there were also people with sympathy for the German occupiers. Sympathy was expressed in an inscription on a sandstone panel.
In Rabenhaupstraat between number 63 and 65 is a fire corridor. At the corner of the wall are some sandstone panels visible. On one of the panels is a text scratched which is quite difficult to read. On the wall is the following:

"Victory because Germany wins for Europe on all fronts"
