Suffolk Regiment and Royal Anglian Regiment Memorial Chapel

This remembrance chapel within the Church of St. Mary commemorates the soldiers of the Suffolk Regiment and Royal Anglian Regiment who gave their lives in the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902), World War I and World War II.

Some persons commemorated here:

Captain R.M. Dowie who gave his life on 20 December 1901 in the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902).

Lieut. Col. Arthur John Watson, 1st Bn Suffolk Regt, who gave his life on 6 January 1900 in the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902).
