Memorial Jewish Cemetery

The memorial has the shape of a candle with a Star of David on top. The stone placed against it states the text of Jeremiah 14:2 in Hebrew:

Judah mourneth and the gates thereof languish.
They are black unto the ground.

Under that it says:

We will keep on remembering
those who were taken away
and never returned
during the years 5700-5705 (1940-1945)

The gate of the cemetery is usually locked. The memorial can be seen through the gate.
