Belgian War Graves Maldegem

The cemetery of Maldegem contains Belgian burials of both world wars. There are 52 burials of the First World War and 14 burials of the Second World War.

The cemetery contains the grave of a deportee of the First World War. It’s the grave of MOERMAN Serafien, who died in captivity at Holzminden (Ge) on 28 December 1916.
There is also the grave of LAMIJNS Richard, who was killed by acts of war on 8 July 1944.

The cemetery contains the graves of political prisoners of the Second World War. These are the graves of DE LILLE Walter, BOES Bertrand, JANSSENS Gerard.
