Biography

Vladimir Boraskiy was a Soviet Colonel who was captured during the Second World War, before he switched sides with the Germans. He was promoted to Generalmajor and appointed as commander in the Russian Liberation Army (ROA). Boraskiy was executed by the NKVD in 1945.
