21/22/23   Trg of 3 Div in above eqpt going on at two places near FLERS. Practice in driving over FBE br 580 ft long in driving on and off Close Support Raft and Cl 40 Bailey Raft.
25   3 Div study day on Assault Crossing of a river. Opening lecture by CE.
26 to 31   NTR. Corps HQ in rear areas, out of army area. Gds Arm Div withdrawn from Corps Aug 28. Corps RE now consist of 3 Br Div RE, 8 Corps Tps RE, 25 Mech Eqpt Sec RE>
