Biography

Friedel Hühn was, according to the sources, killed on November 27th, 1944. He held the rank og Fahnenjunker-Unteroffizier. His remains were buried at the Algemene Begraafplaats in Bennekom. This means he was killed as a result of the explosion of mill Onze Rika in Bennekom on November 24th, 1944. Regarding his date of death, he either was found later or died of his wounds later. Looking at the fact he was buried in Bennekom it seems logical his remains were found later. He was transferred to a 'Kameradengrab' in Ysselsteyn on March 1st, 1949.
