Memorial José Francisco Pelegrín Romeu y Parras
This memorial commemorates José Francisco Pelegrín Romeu y Parras, born in Sagunto in 1778. During the Peninsular War, he was a guerilla and Commander of the Urban Militia Battalions of Murviedro. After a raid he was captured and executed by the French on 12 June 1812.
