André LUCION was Arlon's attorney since October 22, 1940.
Early in the morning of August 25, he was arrested by 3 Nazi officers at home in the Rue de Bastogne. On his way to Place Léopold, he was shot coldly in the back with a machine gun.
He fell down and lay there for 3 hours without any help being allowed by the Germans.
