Former Headquarters Eisenhower Bütgenbach
During the Battle of the Bulge in 1944-1945, Kirch's house at 11 Zum Walkerstal served as the headquarters of the Allies. General Eisenhower stayed here for several days during the offensive. A bronze commemorative plaque on the house commemorates this.
