The cemetery in Wéris contains the grave of a military victim of the Second World War.

There is the grave of Martin Pironet and his daughter Marie-Thérèse. Marie-Thérèse Pironet was the victim of a German air raid on 16 May 1940 in Buronfosse in France. Her father, Martin Pironet, veteran 14-18, was killed on 1 September 1944 in an attack by an American fighter plane.
