Memorial Hermann Fürstenheim

Hermann Fürstenheim was a Jewish-German businessman who worked as the branch manager of the Tietz Department Store (Kaufhaus Tietz) in Chemnitz. He was murdered in his home on November 10, 1938, the morning after Kristallnacht. A plaque on the exterior wall of the house commemorates the murder.
