Soviet War Graves Novomìŝanske

The Novomìŝanske cemetery contains several mass graves with the remains of Soviet soldiers and officers who fell in the fighting for Uman in 1941 and 1944 or perished as POW.

There is also a grave with the remains of chief of the underground resistance in Uman, Alexander Sumov. He was killed by the German occupation force in 1944.
