The "Heimosotaristi 1918-1922 miekalla" (Kindred Nations War Cross 1918-1922) was instituted in 1922 to reward Finnish volunteer participants in the campaigns in Estonia, Eastern Karelia, Aunus and Ingria against Soviet Russia between 1918 and 1922.
