| 21 | To enable 3 Br Inf Div Units which are split, i.e. one part East (frozen), other part West of Canal de Caen following Postal arrangements made. (1) Unit Post Corporals will report F.P.O. Admin Area 1030hrs daily. (2) Post Corporals will segregate mail at F.P.O. and withdraw mail for Troops West of Canal de Caen and distribute. (3) Post Corporals will hand back to F.P.O. all mail for Troops East of Canal de Caen. (4) Mail for Troops East of Canal de Caen will be taken under R.E(P.S) arrangements and handed out to Unit representatives at Supply Points. If mail is received too late to be sent up to Supply Point a Postal Point will be established and notified. |
