1   Lt. Col. Magnus, M.B.E. MC. takes over command of Det. from Major Jequier.
2   Civilian convoy MALIGNES for salt.
3   Curfew LEENDE – BUDEL – MAARHEEZE 1900 hrs. Lt. Bayliss attached for issue of passes. Two V.D. cases EINDHOVEN proved.
4   Coal trains from Belgium commence to arrive daily.
5   Civilian convoy to LOMMEL for petrol. One case of V.D. proved GELDROP.
8   First of four trains live cattle arrive from Luxembourg for slaughtering. Van Der Blink, TILBURG took over food controller of N. Brabant from Mr. Van Der Lee.
9   GOIRLE handed over to Cdn. Army.
11   Air raid at 1452 hrs 4 civilians wounded, approx 50 houses damaged, EINDHOVEN.
13   HELMOND taken over from 315 Det. C.A. Civilians commenced felling bombed timber on Airdrome for R.A.F. and town. Lt. Sloan attached to Det. to coordinate P.A.D. arrangements between civilians and military. Explosion of German ammunition at BERGYK E. 3405. 5 civilians killed including 1 Marchaussee.
14   Dutch military courts set up by Netherlands authority.
15   Bourgemeesters responsible for initial issue of passes, vetting by C.A. and F.S.S. still necessary.
18   Civilian convoy to LOMMEL for petrol. U.X.B. clearance certificate for MIERLO E. 5418.
20   Potatoes finished on Airfield quantity obtained 1,750 tons. s'HERTOGENBOSCH freed for travel without pass.
21   Meeting of Philip's workmen to demonstrate against the soarcity of food in EINDHOVEN. Deputation saw Military Commissioner and dispersed orderly. New 15 cwt truck taken on charge of Det.
22   French transport column arrived at ACHT for inter zone food distribution.
23   Transport for inter zone food distribution to be arranged by Major Charles at National Level. One case of V.D. proved at EINDHOVEN.
24   10,000 extra gallons petrol released to P.O.L. Board from 3 CAID.
25   Civilian shot by soldier during night brawl. Vroonhoven garage cleared of German tools for R.A.F.
27   Major Brereton and Capt Young started weekly visits to Gemeentes. German grass seed and agricultural tools handed over to Food Committee.
28   MAASTRICT pipe line O.K. from EINDHOVEN to river MAAS at WESSEN.
30   1 Officer and 2 O.R.s. on 48 hrs leave to BRUSSELS.
