Prahm, Theodore

Biography

Leutnant Theodore Prahm was secretary to the Bordeaux port commander Ernst Kühnemann from 1941 to 1944. He survived the war and provided evidence to the War Crimes Investigation Unit (WCI) about the execution of the commandos who had taken part in Operation Frankton. Prahm himself was not prosecuted.
