Biography

Jack Barnard served with the OSS Detachment 101 under the command of General Joe Stillwel, US. Army. In February 1943 he was parachuted along with twelve agents in the Kaukwe Valley, Burma, to try and prevent the use of the Moguaung-Katha railroad.
