Biography

Harry Jones was posted at Cardington from June 5th, 1939 and served in Cosford and Hartlebury. He was qualified as a Wireless Operator Mechanic. On July 11th, 1942 he received a Good Conduct Badge 1st class.
In 1943 he was promoted to Sergeant.
Harry Jones was discharged from RAF service on February 11th, 1946 and later had a career in electrical engineering.
